Now he serves as Executive Director and President concurrently of Wongtee Group and Shenzhen Wongtee Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., meanwhile serves as member of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference, Deputy Chairman of Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce (Federation of Industry and Commerce), Deputy Chairman of Shenzhen International Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Chairman of Shenzhen Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Programme, and other social posts. Since 10 September 2010, he has served as the company’s Board Chairman.

Having formerly worked for Shenzhen Xiangqi Group, Dalian Wanda Group, Qingdao Hai’er Real Estate Group, and Wongtee Group, he joined and served as Deputy President of Shenzhen International Enterprise Co., Ltd. in 2009, now he serves as General Manager and director of the company.

Since June 2007 up to now, he has worked at Wongtee Group, now serves as its Deputy President. Since September 2010 he has served as director of our company.

Male, graduated in the major of Project Cost Management from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in 1991, awarded the bachelor’s degree in engineering, holding the engineer qualification title. He has once served as GM Assistant, Assistant to President, Executive Deputy General Manager and other posts of Shenzhen Vanke Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Xingtong Company, Coastal Green Homestead (Shenzhen) Development Co., Ltd., Kaisa Real Estate (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and other enterprises. He joined Wongtee Group in 2004, once served as Deputy President of the group, in charge of cost, design, marketing management jobs, at present he serves as General Manager of Shenzhen Wongtee Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Since September 2010, he has served as our company’s director.
