2011

In April, the company’s office location was removed to Floor 6, Huanggang Business Center, No. 2028 Jintian Road, Futian District, Shenzhen City.

In June, Mr. Phillip James Richardson, a Canadian professional manager, was engaged as General Manager of Shenzhen International Commercial Property Management Co., Ltd. He and Mr. Zheng Shujie, the company Deputy General Manager, who has rich experience in large-sized shopping mall management, together organized an internationalized investment invitation and brand building team, to quicken up the opening course of Wongtee Plaza, the Futian central area project.

2010

In April, the arrangement was made for donations to Yushu County of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai province.

In May, the main body work of Jingdao International Shopping Mall was completed and accepted.

In August, Mr. Zheng Kanghao became the actual controller of the company’s first major shareholder Multi Profit Asia Pacific Investment Limited through being assigned 100% stock ownership of Multi Profit Asia Pacific Investment Limited, and the company completed the work of equity restructuring (or stock ownership recombination).

In August, the transaction of the property ownership certificate for the shopping center project in the central area of Shenzhen Futian, “Jingdao International Shopping Mall” was completed.

In September, the directorate reelection was completed, and the company’s 6th board of directors was formed. After the new directorate was founded, the new development strategy of commercial real estate development and commercial operation was drawn up and specified, the various tasks of the project of the Futian central area shopping mall of Shenzhen were started quickly and in full swing, and the company’s development came into a new historical period.

In November, the Shenzhen Futian central area shopping project was renamed from Jingdao International Shopping Mall to “Wangtee International Shopping Plaza”.

2009

In May, The final account and completion acceptance preparation for the main body project of Jingdao International Shopping Mall was basically completed. In the same year, the company completely retreated out of the traditional retail general merchandise industry, and preliminarily determined the development strategy of commercial real estate development and commercial operation as the core..

In July, the first major shareholder of the company was changed from Malaysian Hechang Co., Ltd. to Multi Profit Asia Pacific Investment Limited.

In September, in order that the requirements of the regulatory commission and other institutions for listed companies’ internal control specifications are practically carried out and implemented, the internal control training meeting was held.

2008

In May, donations were made to Wenchuan quake-struck area of Sichuan province.

In October, Shenzhen International Enterprise Forestry Company dispatched personnel to pay a friendly visit to Huihao Company in Seattle, Washington State, USA, and they together negotiated the feasibility of cooperation.

2007

In April, “Xingning International Enterprise Forestry Development Co., Ltd.” was founded, to develop forestry projects.

2006

In January, the program for the non-tradable shares reform was implemented, and the system of fully-tradable shares formed.

In July, “Shenzhen International Enterprise Forestry Development Co., Ltd.” was founded.

In August, donation of disaster relief materials worth more than 100,000 yuan was made to the typhoon-struck Meizhou region of Guangdong province.

In December, the main body of Jingdao International Shopping Mall project was roofed well, and investment invitation was launched in full swing globally.

2005

In January, the “Jingdao International Shopping Mall” project in the central area of Shenzhen formally had its foundation laid.

In May, “Wuhua County International Enterprise Forestry Development Co., Ltd.” was set up, to conduct forestry projects in Wuhua county, Guangdong province, and carry out the large-scale land acquisition work and the planting of quick-growing forests.

In June, the donation activity of “Care for Disaster-hit Areas and Charity of Love” was conducted, and loving donations made to the flood disaster-plagued area of Guangdong province.

In September, the “International Arcade Art City” of Shangbu Road International Arcade, as the first piano art city of Shenzhen, was solemnly opened.

In December, the general meeting of shareholders related to the reform of non-tradable shares was held, and the Shenzhen International Enterprise Co., Ltd. Program for Reform of Non-tradable Shares was passed by voting.

The foundation pit earthwork engineering for the project of Jingdao International Shopping Mall in central Shenzhen was completed.

The building management office of Grace Mansion was awarded the title of “Shenzhen City-level Real Property Management Excellent Entity”.

2004

Forestry Project Preparation Team was founded, to invest in forest planting and forestry development, with the industry chain management mode implemented.

In March, the building project of Huizhou Sunshine 100 was completed.

In September, “Wengyuan County International Enterprise Linhai Development Co., Ltd.” was set up, to start the business of forest planting, production and processing in Wengyuan county, Guangdong province.

2003

In October, the housing estate of Huizhou Sunshine 100 was opened for preselling.

In December, Investment was made in building “Jingdao International Shopping Mall”, a large-sized shopping center project in the central area of Shenzhen city, and the preliminary schematic design was completed, investment invitations were gradually made globally, and the company started to change from the traditional retail trade to a new-type modern general merchandise trade.

2002

In May, Shenzhen Rongfa Property Management Co., Ltd. was renamed “Shenzhen International Commercial Property Management Co., Ltd.”

In November, the building project of Huizhou “Sunshine 100” was started for construction.

Rongfa Co. signed the SHEN DI HE ZI (2002) No. 9005 Land Use Rights Transfer Contract with Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Land Resources Bureau, and formally acquired the development construction right of the project of a large-sized shopping mall in the central area of Shenzhen city.

2001

In January, Rongfa Real Property Grace Mansion Management Office was stationed.

In June, through SGS’s review, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System international certification, becoming the first general merchandise retail enterprise that firstly passed the ISO9001:2000 certification in south China.

In October, 600 of the 848 apartments of Grace Mansion were admitted for dwelling.

2000

In December, the residential building of Grace Mansion of Rongfa Real Estate was completed.

Statistics Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality conducted an appraisal and selection of statistical work entities of the whole city, International Enterprise Co., Ltd. was appraised as one of the six “Survey Work Advanced Entities of Retail Enterprises in 2000”.

1999

In March, Xieli Garden was completed.

In July, According to provisions of the ZHENG JIAN FA SHEN ZI [1996] No. 99 document of China Securities Regulatory Commission, and as approved by Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company’s internal employee shares went public and tradable on 8 July 1999.

In July, the JDA retail business management system jointly developed by company and IBM in cooperation was put into use in full swing.

1997

Shenzhen Meiling Supermarket and Shangbu International Arcade were opened, and the company had six chain emporiums in total until the end of 1997, with the business area up to 36,000 m2, and the tended merchandise varieties exceeding 100,000.

The project of the 1st-phase four multistory residential buildings of Longgang “Xieli Garden” was started for construction.

Rongfa Property Management Co., Ltd. passed ISO9002 quality certification, and was awarded the title of “Shenzhen Safe and Civilized Community Model”, its real property management level achieved a new height.

1996

In June, the company launched 20 million A-shares to the public in mainland China.

In July, the company’s A-shares went public and tradable on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the stock called “Shen Guo Shang A” for short.

1995

In January, Changsha International Emporium was opened, with a business area up to 3,140 m2.

In Auguest, as approved by the “SHEN FU BAN HAN [1995] No. 48” document of Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen International Enterprise Co., Ltd. was reorganized into a public joint-stock company, and additionally 50 million B-shares were newly issued to investors outside mainland China.

In October, the company’s B-shares went public and tradable on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the stock called “Shen Guo Shang B” for short.

In December, the building project of Guoqi Building was completed.

1994

In August, Rongfu Garden was completed.

In October, the Xiangmihu commercial buildings were completed.

In quarter 3, Shenzhen Longgang International Emporium was opened, with a total area of 4,000 m2, and it deals in more than 20,000 varieties of merchandise at present, becoming the biggest general merchandise emporium of Shenzhen Longgang District.

The company earned a foreign exchange up to 4,000,000 US dollars through exports.

The company was appraised and awarded the title of “Shenzhen 100 Biggest Commercial and Trade Enterprises in 1993”.

1993

In January, the “Guoqi Building” project on Shangbu Road of Shenzhen was started for construction.

In December, “Shenzhen Rongfa Property Management Co., Ltd.” was founded, to conduct the business of real property operation and management.

Harbin International Emporium was opened, with a total area of more than 3,000 m2, it was a rather large-scale and high-grade retail general merchandise emporium with considerable varieties of merchandise.

The company earned foreign exchange as much as 7,689,000 US dollars from exports.

The company was appraised as the “Advanced Enterprise of the City”, the only “three-excellence” enterprise of seven successive championships in the commerce and trade industry.

The company was appraised as the “Shenzhen’s Large Earner of Foreign Exchange”.

In June, the land-use rights of Niuguling of Bantian Village, Buji Town, Longgang District, was awarded.

In December, as approved by the SHEN FU BAN FU [1992] No. 1867” document of Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen International Enterprise Co., Ltd. was reorganized into a joint-stock limited company, and renamed “Shenzhen International Enterprise Co., Ltd.”

In December, the 44-storey ultrahigh residence project in Luohu District, “Grace Mansion” (the original name “Guoyu Mansion”), was started for construction.

In December, the Longgang Pingdi residence project “Rongfu Garden” was started for construction.

In December, the business-living buildings of Xiangmihu were started for construction.

The company earned up to 8,000,000 US dollars of foreign exchange through exports.

The company was appraised as the “Advanced Enterprise of the City”.

Rongfa Company was appraised as one of the “50 Largest Real Estate Development Enterprises of Shenzhen”.

1983

In December, as approved by the SHEN FU (1983) No. 99 document of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, the “Shenzhen International Shopping Mall” was founded, it is the predecessor of the company.
